The Restylane Procedure

During the procedure, we will first clean and numb the treatment area to minimize discomfort. We will then inject the Restylane filler into the targeted areas using a fine needle or cannula. The injection process typically takes 15-30 minutes, and patients can usually return to their normal activities immediately after the treatment.

Recovery and Results

Patients can expect mild swelling, redness, and bruising around the injection sites after a Restylane procedure in Chicago, Naperville, Northbrook, Barrington, or Geneva. These side effects should subside within a few days. Patients can use ice packs to reduce swelling and avoid direct sunlight, saunas, and strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours.
