Social Media/Marketing Coordinator

Concierge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery is the number one provider of CoolSculpting in the Midwest and we rank in the top 200 of the nation in injectable providers for Allergan.  Our medical spa takes pride in treating our clients like first-class every day.  We are growing and looking for exceptional people to join our top-notch team.

Ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with other marketing team managers, creative/design directors and contract vendors to develop and collaborate on successful social media campaigns. Their duties include communicating with Design Director, overseeing social media campaign schedules, and pulling KPI data to determine social media campaigns’ success.

  • Understanding KPI’s and helping to define them specifically for Concierge’s social media

  • Collaborating with other Social team members, Design Director, Marketing staff, CEO and owner to provide attractive and informative campaigns—including promotions, tutorials, before and after’s, reels and client enteractions

  • Monitoring all social media content

  • Tracking the performance of the campaign

  • Keeping up with technologies used in social media and social platforms

  • Using social media marketing tools

  • Tracking patient engagement and collaborating on SEO to optimize campaign content

  • Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media

  • Work with minimal supervision as a member of the creative team in a fast-paced marketing environment

     

 

Writing/Editing:

  • Writes regularly—social ads, scripts for video
  • Proofreads and edits copy with a strong sense of what makes content compelling
  • Works to understand and communicate our key services, products and promotions
  • Develops, create and edits social media posts, ads and campaigns

 

Photo/Video/Content:

  • Creates, films and edits video and photos shoots as needed on site and off
  • Solid understanding of Later.com
  • Advanced experience and abilities in Canva
  • Understanding and experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier a plus

· Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience required.

· Experience in marketing and communications preferred.

· Experience in medical spa, skincare or day spa preferred.

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines while coordinating multiple projects and tasks.

· Demonstrated commitment to excellence.

· Ability to work collaboratively and creatively in a fast-paced environment.

Experienced Aesthetician

Concierge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery is the number one provider of CoolSculpting in the Midwest and we rank in the top 200 of the nation in injectable providers for Allergan.  Our medical spa takes pride in treating our clients like first-class every day.  We are growing and looking for exceptional people to join our top-notch team.

Ideal candidate will be a polished and experienced professional who is self-motivated and driven. Sales are required and candidate will be given monthly sales goals.

Candidate must be able to work Saturdays.

Qualifications: Candidate must be able to offer a luxury spa experience. Advanced training will be offered but candidate must have a minimum experience of three years performing treatments.

  • Provide various treatments, waxing, chemical peels, dermaplaning, IPL, Pixel, tattoo removal, HydraFacial, Microcurrent facial, Skin Tightening, Ulthera, CoolSculpting, laser hair removal including private body parts, as required by client.
  • Treatment documentation, photos, and consent acquisition.
  • Confer with the Medical Director or Nurse Practitioner and other staff on proper treatment protocol.
  • Be available for trainings on various procedures and equipment as needed.
  • Attend training seminars as required.
  • Increase sales through product and services promotion.
  • Help coordinate and execute special events.
  • Cross reference other procedures to generate additional sales.
  • Provide top-level procedure and product knowledge, ensure excellent client services are always provided.
  • Maintain and stock treatment rooms, ensure treatment rooms are being adequately maintained.
  • Wash and fold laundry and prepare location for the following shift.
  • Make 20 follow-up phone calls daily.
  • Inventory records reported weekly.
  • Service and Retail log communicated daily.
  • Uniform clean and worn always when providing services; must maintain a professional appearance at work, no facial piercing or tattoos visible.
  • Always keep the Spa clean; Opening and closing procedures must be followed.
  • Assist and/or answer calls, complete call log sheet for inbound and outbound calls, assist with payment intake, consult with walk-in or phone-in client regarding treatments, procedures, and other services.
  • Network in the community monthly.
  • Downtime procedures and policies as directed by Director of Operations.
  • Knowledgeable on all equipment, procedures, and policies.
  • Knowledgeable on all current promotions.
  • Read and respond to weekly newsletter and all executive communication.
  • Be available to cover other locations when needed.

Full Time Patient Service Representative

Qualifications:                                      
The Patient Service Representative reflects the mission and values of Concierge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery, adheres to the Code of Ethics and complies with all policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Must possess excellent time-management and task-management skills.
  • Must have a knowledge of sales and the aesthetic industry.
  • Must be able to function well in a fast-paced environment, kindly respond to patient and staff needs, and responsibly respond to all patients and potential leads in a timely manner.
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to understand and demonstrate both luxury and quality service.
  • Minimum experience – 2 years.
  • Handle patient inquiries, assist with walk-in appointments, analyze, and respond to patient requests either in-person or by phone regarding basic aesthetic questions, aesthetic and plastic surgery services, scheduling, purchasing, patient accounts, requests for forms, brochures, booklets, and other documents.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent, high quality customer service to patients and staff.
  • When necessary, modify call processing to provide the highest level of service to all callers.
  • Manage patients and potential leads by quickly responding back to all inquiries within 2 hours.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products, services, company promotions, current events, and staffing.
  • Maintain efficient work progress that meets the service goals established by management and the executive team.
  • Document all patient information, communications, and sales in our system.
  • Serve as a back-up for receptionist duties as needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
